1. Seller

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only a non-binding online catalog. If you place products in the “shopping cart”, this serves only as an overview and does not constitute a binding order. You place a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the “Buy now” button on the order page. We will then send you a contract confirmation and access data for the course by e-mail. This concludes a binding contract. Every course order on account also constitutes a binding contract.

Subscription models

The interactive courses can be purchased in various subscription models. The course content always remains the same, only the duration of access to the course content changes.

Support is included in all subscription models. As long as the customer has an active subscription, this automatically includes

• Asking questions below each learning unit
• Asking the author specific questions directly (only regarding incomprehensible course content)

Monthly recurring & yearly recurring subscriptions

After ordering, the buyer receives immediate access to the course content. The next charge is made automatically via credit card or Paypal after 30 days or 365 days. The user then has access for a further 30 days or 365 days.

Example:

The buyer orders a piano course on June 15, 2018. If they do not cancel the subscription, they will be automatically charged again on July 15, 2018. The subscription can be canceled at any time in the customer area.

• Cancellation when paying by credit card / Paypal: This is possible with just one click in the customer account (clearly marked in the top menu)
• Cancellation when paying by invoice: not necessary, as all subscriptions are billed as a one-time payment.
• Access to the course content does not expire immediately, but only on the key date of the next debit date.
• All recurring subscriptions are marked as such during the order process.

One-time payment subscriptions

Each course can also be booked for a specific duration as a one-time payment. These are 3-, 6- or 12-month subscriptions. After registration, the buyer has immediate access to the course material for the desired subscription period. One month is counted as 31 days for the 3- and 6-month subscriptions. The buyer therefore has the following access:

3 months correspond to 93 days
6 months correspond to 185 days
12 months correspond to 365 days

Each order on account represents a single payment.

3. Shipping costs

The prices listed on the product page are all final prices. As the interactive piano courses are distributed electronically, we deliver free of shipping costs worldwide. Ordering on account is also free of shipping costs. There are no additional costs.

4. Delivery

The piano courses are ready for dispatch immediately (delivery time for payment by credit card: approx. 1 minute). You will immediately receive an e-mail with the access data.

5. Payment

You can pay by credit card, Paypal or invoice. Recurring subscriptions are marked as such. For recurring subscriptions, please use payment by credit card or PayPal. The subscriptions which are 3, 6 or 12 months or “lifetime” all include a one-time payment. No further charges will be made.

6. Ordering process

When you have found the desired product, select the desired subscription model. A new window will open. Please enter your data. The mandatory fields are marked with an *. Click on the [Buy now] button to complete the order process. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. Once payment has been successfully received, you will receive access to the product and a purchase confirmation within seconds.
